Daily RWC Message :

:::: Introduction :

I. Introduction : 
Indian RWC issues a daily message at 1500 hrs IST every day consisting of actual observations obtained during the previous 24-36 hours and a forecast on solar and geophysical conditions valid for the following 1 or 2 days. 

This consolidated message based on the information received from different centers is made available to users by e-mail or fax. In addition special forecasts are issued on abnormal geophysical conditions, e.g. Geomagnetic storms. Special forecasts are also provided during nationally coordinated scientific programs. 

II. Outgoing Messages : 
RWC -India, New Delhi, issues a daily message at 0930 UT containing solar geophysical observations made on the previous day and a forecast for the following 24-48 hours. This message is broadcast daily on IMD on 14 MHz [day time] and 7 MHz [night time] at hourly intervals. Special warnings on abnormal Magnetic conditions are also issued.
